* The number of applying is not related to the number of your orders and you can apply for the total number of albums you have purchased in this project.

* Only orders that have been processed for payment will be automatically submitted. If you have applied with multiple orders, the same number as the total quantity you purchased will be applied. (Information- Applicant's real name, date of birth, contact number, email, and event participation messenger information - If all this information is same, it is accepted / If any of the information is different, it is considered as a different applicant.

* This event will be submitted based on your Event application information(applicant name/mobile phone number/messenger&ID)

* The name on the album is based on the name of the StarMaker name you wrote when you purchased it. (KOR/ENG available only, within 5 characters in Korean, within 10 characters in English) It won't be applied even if you request modifiers, pictures, symbols, p.s., etc. using parentheses or the way you fill out requests when entering your StarMaker name. StarMaker name may not be changed after the project closes under any circumstances, and if you provide a StarMaker name that does not match the format, it will be replace with your real name.

2. Please note in advance that this event will be submitted based on the your Event application information(applicant name/mobile phone number/messenger&ID)you entered when you order, not on member information.

3. Only the winner can participate in the video call signing event. You cannot change the contact information or information after applying. Please make sure to enter the correct information when applying or ordering. (Nickname, etc. are not allowed. Please apply and participate with your real name.)

4. When entering applicant's information, please enter information for one person per order. If more than one person's information enters, only one person can be selected and accepted. The event host is not responsible for any problems caused by not studying these precautions.

5. If you select KakaoTalk channel, please enter a searchable and registered KakaoTalk ID in the ID box,*not your email address*.

6. Please make sure that the ID you are applying for is set to Allow. We are not responsible for any problems that occur if you do not allow to add friends or cannot register with the messenger information you provided.

1. The event will be conducted with the video call channel ID in the information you provided. (Messenger and ID cannot be changed after applying)- Event progress may be restricted if the channel ID you submitted and the applicant's mobile phone number do not match.

2. The artist and winners will have a video call event, and the video call will end after the appointed time.

3. We will send you a message confirming the event 1 day before the event and on the day of the event. Please make sure to reply to the request message for checking information and adding friend.

4. If you don't receive video calls more than 2 times in your order, or if you refuse or terminate without permission, you will be deemed unable to participate in the video call and will not be able to proceed further.

5. When the winner does not terminate the video call himself/herself, it may be forcefully terminated by the staff.

6. Please refrain from asking personal questions and asking too much to the artist during the event. In the event of abusive language, criticism and inappropriate behavior, the call connection may be forcibly terminated by the on-site staff's judgment.

7. Please refrain from sending or inquiring to the host for a smooth event progress. (Participation in the event is restricted if you call us or send inquires)

8. The identification process may be carried out before the event begins. Please prepare your ID card in advance when you participate in the event.

* It cannot be verified by any other ID cards than the ID card below, and can only be verified by a physical ID with a photo attached. (NO photos, scan images, etc.)- Korean: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport, and youth card (student card is accepted only by minors in Korea, and other winners cannot be verified except for the ID cards mentioned)- Foreigner: Passport or alien registration card only

9. Only the winner can participate in this event, and if we are connected to someone other than you, or if two or more other than you participate, you may be forced to terminate the call.

1. Products purchased during the event applicatoin period cannot be canceled or refunded by the customer after the closing time for application. (Cancellation is only possible for request by 23:59 on Apr.16 (KST), and cancellations or refunds are not allowed after the application period(KST). Also, if you cancel, you will not be eligible for the application, so please kindly note it before you purchase.)

2. You can apply for this event in duplicate, but you cannot win a duplicate. You can apply for a proxy, but you can never participate in the video call signing event if you are a proxy. Only the winner can participate in the video call signing event.

3. After the announcement of the winners, changing the real name, contact information, and video call channel ID of the applicants through the customer center is not possible. Please make sure that you have entered your real name, contact number for phone calls and SMS when you apply for the event and order.

4. Personal information is collected and provided as shown below to confirm duplicate wins and to proceed with the event.

- Collections: Name, Contact number, Date of birth, ID per channel for Video Call Event- Collection Purpose: To identify winners of and to proceed with the event - Persons who receive personal information: MAKESTAR, N.CH ENTERTAINMENT- Personal information retention period and utilization period: Destroy within 7 days after the end of the event

5. This event may be changed or cancelled without prior notice, depending on the host's situation.

MAKESTAR Limited Rewards will be produced immediately after the preorder, when the production quantity is confirmed.

We confirm the quantity immediately after the project is ended, and start producing the MAKESTAR Limited Rewards (including special offers).

*Reward production takes about 1 to 2 weeks on average.

*Delivery schedule can be changed depending on the duration of the production and circumstances.

If there is a missing or damaged product, additional delivery or replacement is possible only for those who have sent a photo as a proof or unboxing video to MAKESTAR within a week of receipt of the product.

-Video: After sending it to [email protected], and ask through 1:1 inquiry

*If 7 days have passed since you received the product (based on the tracking of the invoice), or if the photo or video is not attached, additional delivery or exchange is not possible. Please note this in advance as this will be the same even if you use the shipping agency.

*If you use another courier other than the designated courier when exchanging or returning the product, it will be automatically shipped back, so please make sure to send the product via designated courier. Please kindly understand that it is difficult to exchange or return it due to sending via other couriers. 

※Overseas Shipping Information

-Depending on countries, tariffs may occur, and duties will be incurred by the purchaser.  If it is not paid within a certain period of time, the product will be automatically discarded, and if the product is disposed of due to unpaid tariffs, it cannot be shipped again.

- If no customs clearance, the product will be automatically discarded, and if it is discarded due to no customs clearance, the product cannot be delivered again.

- It is difficult to reflect the under-value, and it will not be applicable even if you fill out the comment section separately.
